Thank you for signing up for Kid's Camp 2025! We need a few more forms to fully complete the registration of your student! Follow the steps below and if you have any questions you can contact me at (850)323-1825
Here are the steps to register!

1. First complete the West Florida Camp registration. (Info provided on paragraph below)
2. Complete Annual Medical form for 2025 if haven’t already done so.
3.Fill out the Evangel Permission Form.
4. Fill out the camp scholarship/payments form for assistance with camp cost(if needed)
5. Complete payment transaction thru Planning Center(if financial assistance is not needed)
6. Get some ice cream, you’re done!
